Free365 Terms & Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

The free365 platform operates under the terms set out in this document, with the aim of ensuring a fair, safe, and enjoyable experience for all members. These terms and conditions are written in Bahasa Malaysia and govern the use of the free365.asia website and all services provided therein. The Bahasa Malaysia version is the official version and takes precedence over any other translation.

Free365 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will display the latest update date at the top of this document and notify members through the platform of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after the update date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

In this free365 Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings defined below:

• "free365" or "Platform" refers to the free365.asia website along with all its sub-domains, mobile applications, and services operating under it.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account and/or is using the free365 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access free365 services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Member's digital wallet on the free365 platform, including cash balance and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to free credits or winnings generated from a bonus that cannot be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a free365 account balance to a member's bank account or eWallet.

The scope of this agreement covers all member interactions with the free365 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposit and withdrawal activities, participation in games and tournaments, use of bonuses and promotions, and all communications with the free365 customer support team.

To register and use free365 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• Be a real, living individual — not a corporate entity, company, or any other legal entity.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period from the free365 platform or any other related gaming platform.
• Not appearing on any gaming prohibition list imposed by any relevant authority.

Free365 uses geolocation detection technology and pattern analysis to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. The platform reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the account of any individual who does not meet these eligibility criteria without the need to provide reasons.

To create a free365 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes a valid Malaysian phone number, a strong password, and verification via OTP code. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful.

Your responsibilities as the account holder include:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Not sharing your account with any other party, including family members.
• Notify free365 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that all your profile information is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
• Protecting the device used to access your free365 account from unauthorised access.

Free365 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a member's failure to keep their own login credentials secure.

Free365 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and no foreign payment methods are accepted.

Free365 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own separate charges. Please check with your respective provider for more information.

Withdrawals from the free365 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification: Your first withdrawal may require identity verification. You may be asked to provide a copy of your identification card or other supporting documents. This is a standard security measure and is in place to protect your account.
• Account in Your Own Name: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or eWallet registered in the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM20.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed in under 5 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take 10–30 minutes depending on the bank's system.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus fund balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real cash balances (non-bonus) are eligible for withdrawal at any time.

Free365 does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. All withdrawal amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). If there is more than one pending withdrawal request, they will be processed in the order they were received.

Free365 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and add value to our community. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on their respective promotions pages. Bonus-specific terms take precedence over the general terms outlined in this section in the event of any conflict.

General principles that apply to all free365 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement (Rollover): All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 5x and 20x the bonus value, depending on the bonus type. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made from a balance that contains bonus funds.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Active Bonus: Generally, only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is still active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Game Contribution Rate: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games and poker may contribute between 10%–20%, and Sports Betting contributes at varying rates depending on the bet type.
• Bet Limit During Bonus: While meeting wagering requirements, the maximum bet per hand or round may be capped at RM50 or as otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

The free365 platform offers a wide range of game categories including slots, live table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), Sports Betting and live match betting covering EPL football and the Malaysia Super League, BWF badminton, NBA, esports such as Mobile Legends, virtual sports, poker, and lottery. Each game category is subject to additional rules stated within the respective game interface.

General rules that apply to all free365 games:

• The outcome of all games is final once settled by the system. No appeals may be made against game results that have been fairly calculated and settled.
• Any technical issue occurring during an active game may result in the round or bet being voided and the funds returned to the account balance. This decision is final and at the discretion of free365.
• In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed in the client interface and free365's server records, the server records shall serve as the definitive reference.
• Free365 uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) for all games that require randomisation. Audits are conducted periodically by qualified third parties.
• For Sports Betting, free365 reserves the right to void or adjust bets where there is a clear odds pricing error caused by a technical or human mistake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the free365 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using false information, falsifying identity verification documents, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or controlling more than one free365 account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Money Laundering: Using the free365 platform as a channel to launder or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Use of Bots and Automated Tools: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or the betting process.
• Poker Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a poker game or any other match.
• Bug Exploitation: Exploiting any vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the free365 system for financial gain. Any bugs discovered must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Third-Party Transactions: Receiving deposits or making withdrawals through third-party accounts not registered under the member's name.

Free365 is committed to responsible gaming and supports members in maintaining control over their gaming activity. The platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits: Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period. This limit takes effect immediately and can only be decreased — increasing the limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum net loss amount you are willing to accept per day, week, or month.
• Self-Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During this period, your account will be inaccessible for any gaming or deposit activity.
• Self-Exclusion: For long-term self-exclusion ranging from 6 months to 5 years, or permanent exclusion. This is a serious decision and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.

Free365 shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses resulting from technical disruptions, system failures, or service outages beyond free365's reasonable control, including network issues, power outages, or external cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to keep their own account login credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the free365 platform.
• Losses arising from changes in laws or regulations that affect the platform's operations.

In cases where free365 is found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim, or RM1,000, whichever is lower. This limit does not apply in cases of fraud or gross negligence that is proven to be on free365's part.

Free365 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to members via an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Free365 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's access to the platform if:

• A member breaches any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Free365 is required to do so by Malaysian law or court order.
• Free365 decides to cease operations or shut down the platform entirely.

All disputes arising from the use of the free365 platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. For disputes that cannot be resolved internally, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Malaysia.
