Free365's 6 Privacy Commitments to Every Member

Before reading the full document, here are the 6 core principles that underpin the free365 Privacy Policy for all Malaysian members.

Your Data is Never Sold to Anyone

Free365 has never and will never sell, rent, or trade members' personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data belongs to you — we are simply its custodian, and we take that responsibility seriously.

256-bit SSL Encryption for All Data

All data transmitted between your device and free365 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. This covers login credentials, deposit and withdrawal transaction data, and all communications within the platform.

You Are in Control of Your Own Data

As a free365 member, you have the full right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Submit your request to support@free365.asia and we will process it within 14 business days, in accordance with Malaysia's PDPA.

Full Compliance with Malaysia's PDPA

Free365's Privacy Policy is designed to be fully compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This means we only collect data that is necessary, use it solely for the purposes stated, and retain it only for as long as legally required.

No Data Sharing Without Consent

Your personal information will not be shared with any third party without your written consent, except where required by Malaysian law or a valid court order. This includes your gaming history, account balance, deposit information via Touch 'n Go, DuitNow or FPX, and all transaction data.

Instant Notification of Any Security Breach

In the event of any data security breach affecting members' personal information, free365 is committed to notifying affected members within 72 hours of the breach being detected — in line with international data protection best practices and Malaysian legal requirements.

Important Notice

This Privacy Policy describes how free365 manages personal data. By using the free365.asia platform, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in this document. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account and request deletion of your data.

Free365 takes member data privacy very seriously. We understand that many Malaysians are concerned about how their personal information is used by online platforms — and that concern is entirely valid. That's why we've written this Privacy Policy in clear, straightforward language, rather than pages of confusing legal text.

This document explains exactly what data free365 collects when you register and use the platform, why we need it, who can access it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have regarding that data. We operate in full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and are committed to respecting every member's privacy at all times.

1 Introduction & Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all members who register and use the free365.asia platform, including all sub-domains, pages, and services operating under it. It also applies to any communications you send us via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel.

In this document, when we refer to "personal data", we mean any information that can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly — including your name, phone number, email address, financial information, IP address, and platform usage patterns.

Free365 acts as a "Data Controller" as defined under Malaysia's PDPA 2010 — meaning we are responsible for how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please contact us at support@free365.asia.

  • Communications with Us: The content of emails, Live Chat messages, and any other communications you send to the free365 customer support team.
Automatically Collected Data

  • Cookie Data: Information collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies — explained in further detail in Section 6.
📌 Data Minimization Principle: free365 only collects data that is strictly necessary for the stated purposes. We do not collect sensitive data such as full credit card details, health information, or biometric data.

4 Sharing Data with Third Parties

Free365 does not sell or trade members' personal data to any third party. However, there are limited situations where we need to share data with specific parties to enable the platform to operate properly and comply with Malaysian law:

  • Payment Processors: Transaction data required to process deposits and withdrawals is shared with authorised payment processors. This includes information needed to process payments via Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX. All payment processors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use the data for any other purpose.
  • Game Providers: Third-party game providers that supply slots, live table games, and other games on the free365 platform may receive the minimum technical data required for their services to function. They do not receive any personally identifiable information that could be used to identify a member individually.
  • Malaysian Authorities: free365 will disclose personal data to Malaysian authorities when required by law, court order, or valid legal process — including but not limited to investigations under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) or tax compliance requirements.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of free365 business assets, member data may be transferred to the successor entity. You will be notified via a clear notice before any such transfer takes place, and you have the option to close your account if you do not agree.
✅ Our Guarantee: In all data-sharing situations described above, free365 ensures that the receiving parties are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations, and that data is used solely for the specific purpose stated at the time of sharing.
5 Data Security Measures We Take

Free365 invests seriously in data security infrastructure to protect the personal information of all our Malaysian members. The security measures we have implemented include:

  • 256-bit SSL Encryption: All communications between your browser or app and free365 servers are encrypted using 256-bit TLS/SSL. This ensures that data in transit cannot be read even if a third party successfully intercepts network traffic.
  • Secure Password Storage: Passwords are never stored in plaintext. We use one-way cryptographic hashing with salting to store passwords — meaning that even if our database were accessed without authorisation, your password cannot be recovered.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Members are encouraged to enable 2FA for an added layer of security. Once activated, logging in will require an additional OTP code sent to your phone number, in addition to your password.
  • Suspicious Activity Monitoring: Our systems monitor unusual login attempts, unexpected account setting changes, and suspicious usage patterns in real time. Any account showing signs of unauthorized access will be flagged and our security team will respond immediately.
  • Data Segregation: Sensitive data such as payment details and identity verification information is stored separately with stricter access controls compared to standard usage data.
  • Regular Security Audits: free365 conducts regular security audits and penetration testing by independent third parties to identify and resolve vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no digital system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We encourage members to take their own personal security measures as well — such as using a strong password, enabling 2FA, and not sharing login credentials — to keep your account safe.

Questions & Answers

FAQ – free365 Privacy Policy

No. free365 never sells, rents, or shares members' phone numbers, email addresses, or any personal data with any external company or individual for marketing or commercial purposes. This is an unconditional commitment with no exceptions. The only marketing communications you receive from free365 come from us directly, and only if you consented to receive them during registration. You can opt out at any time via your account settings.

When you voluntarily close your free365 account, personal data not subject to legal retention requirements will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days. However, financial and transaction records must be retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Malaysian financial laws, including anti-money laundering requirements. Once the legal retention period expires, these records will also be deleted. You may request written confirmation of data deletion after the process is complete by contacting support@free365.asia.

free365 does not store your full bank card or payment account details on our servers. When you make a deposit via Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX — the payment is processed through a licensed, secure payment processor. We only receive confirmation that the payment was successful, not your full card or account details. This is standard security practice in Malaysia's digital payments industry to protect your financial data.

free365 automatically sends a notification to your registered phone number or email whenever a login is detected from an unrecognized device or location. You can also review your recent login history in your account settings. If you notice any suspicious activity — such as logins you don't recognize or transactions you didn't make — change your password immediately and contact the free365 customer support team via Live Chat for prompt assistance. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of protection that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.
